Payment of fees: Payment of complete fee at the time of admission is welcomed it can be paid in 3 installments as follows: 1 st installments – At the time of registration 2 nd installments -= 4th August 3 rd installments – 4th November ( to be paid before) Bus fees : 2nd installment – 2nd September , 3rd installment – 3rd December2) Age CriteriaWith the 2024-25 academic year approaching, parents are actively seeking information on age criteria for pre school admission and nursery admission in Chaitanya Gurukul understanding these requirement is crucial for a smooth admission process for your child. As per guidelines given by the government of India. The minimum age for admission in Nursery should be between 2.5 years to 3.5 years. The minimum age for admission in LKG should be between 3.5 years to 4.5 years. The minimum age for admission in UKG should be between 4.5 years to 5.5 years The minimum age for admission in 1st std should be between 5.5 years to 6.5 years.3) Admission TestAt Chaitanya Gurukul, our admission criteria for enrollment in a particular class is determined by a comprehensive admission test, covering key subject like Mathematics, Science, English language, Marathi and Critical thinking skills. Appropriate Feedback is provided, and we maintain open communication throughout the admission process.4) Cancellation Policies :Cancellation of admission and refund fee Policy : Fee once paid is not refundable or adjusted under any circumstances future. Chaitanya Gurukul will consider any request for cancellation/Withdrawal of admission from student only if such request is made by the regulation prescribed by the school. The regulation include the procedure for cancellation/withdrawal of admission as well as rules for refunds.Admission cancellation procedureWithdrawal request received before the commencement of the programme Withdrawal request received within 10 days after the commencement of classes Withdrawal request received after 10 days and within 20 days from the commencement of classes Withdrawal request received after 20 days and within 30 days from the commencement of classes Withdrawal request received after 30 days Refund process for admission cancellation The entire academic year after deducting the processing fees Rs. 1000/- will be refunded The entire academic year fee after deducting 10 % will be refunded. The entire academic years fees after deducting 20% will be refunded The entire academic years fee after deducting 50% will be refunded. No refund at any academic fees5)Very Important Note :Refund will be made only after the submission of proof of fee paid. Refund will be made through an account transfer to the account number mentioned in the withdrawal request.
